12:31 pm	JAMES LAFFERTY AND LEE NORRIS!!! Hey.....!! Well, me, Athena, Hilary, and my sister went down to the Mall of America today for an autograph signing for the stars of the TV show One Tree Hill, James Lafferty and Lee Norris. Not to mention the creator of the show, Mark Schwahn. It was SO surreal, I don't even know where to start! First off, Lee Norris is such a sweetheart! I mentioned how I remember watching him on Boy Meets World, and he seemed shocked that I would know that, also pretty flattered. So that made me happy that I said that. I absolutely LOVED seeing James Lafferty in person. I said to him "So, you gotta love the warm Minnesota weather, huh?" And he laughed at that. Also, they all complimented my shirt, which had some smart-ass comment on it, which is pretty much what all my shirts are like. Oh! And both James and Lee have such great smiles! I couldn't stop grinning like an idiot, just 'cause I was able to be like 2 feet away from them and be able to say a few nice words, also, did I mention the smiles?? Haha. What was really cool was that I was able to get Mark Schwahn to pose for a picture for me, and he signed my Lee Norris poster also. And he was like ONE foot away from me! Hehe....I know, I'm a total obsessed teenybopper fangirl! But you know, I really can't help it. It's just how I am. Anyway, I just wanted to share some more of my geeker joy...hope you enjoyed my ramblings!!! 4:03 pm	New baby sister! Well, my dad and his girlfriend had a baby yesterday at noon and my dad named her Cheyenne Snow....pretty name, isn't it?! Well, she was 8 lbs. and something, and she was 19 inches long. It's still VERY weird for me. I've been the baby for almost 21 years, and all of a sudden here comes this younger sibling, and I'm no longer the baby, but the MIDDLE CHILD. If anyone who reads my journal is the baby, then you would probably understand what I'm going through. Even though I can't stand my dad's girlfriend for the life of me, I can't take it out on the baby. She's an innocent in all of this, and like it or not, she's my sister and she's gonna be around from now on. Ok, it may sound like I'm an ungrateful bitch, maybe I am. But the truth is, I'm happy for my father, because he deserves to be happy. But I'm just sad for myself, throwing myself a pity party, so to speak. And I guess it's kinda cool that I have a little sister I can boss around and mold to my liking....*smiles evilly* Haha. Ok, I just had to vent a little bit. But yes, overall, I guess I'm happy. Especially for my dad...Anyway, I should probably finish getting ready for work instead of writing in my journal!! Lol. Well, talk to you all later! 12:46 am	God, I hate boredom!!! Hey all,(if anyone even reads my mindless rambles!), I was just sitting here twiddling my thumbs with absolutely NOTHING to do since I have like no shows to watch anymore besides Veronica Mars and One Tree Hill and I've already read all the good fanfiction I've wanted to read today...so I figured I might as well just come on livejournal and post another stupid entry with nothing really interesting to say. Except, hey, FRIDAY THE 13TH is this Friday!!!! HELL YEAH!!!! What's even cooler is that it's in the month of October, which is da shiznit! Ok...sorry for using that WAY overused and ridiculous phrase. I just couldn't think of a different one to use at the moment. What I'll be doing this Friday is hang out at my sister's way out in the boonies and have a Friday the 13th movie marathon and veg out...What I would like to know..does anyone have any special or spooky plans for this Friday?? 9:27 pm	Stuck in a rut Have you ever felt like you weren't living the life you wanna be living? Has it ever felt like you're not really living at all? Like you're just some spectator watching your life pass you by? Well....I've pretty much felt that way my whole life. But the thing is, the past couple years it's really gotten to me...I've watched my childhood friends grow up and CHANGE. Whereas, it still feels like I'm the same girl I was 10 years ago. Absolutely nothing really major has happened to ME, myself. It seems like everyone else is actually experiencing life and growing and learning. But me, I've just been so goddamned scared to get hurt that I haven't ever tried ANYTHING new! And the thing is, I don't even know if I wanna get out of this "rut" so to speak. Because at least here, I'm safe, and I'm protected. Happy? Eh...maybe sometimes. So, anyone who wants to weigh in. Feel free! I'm open for all suggestions on what I should do.....This has just been really grating at me lately so I just wanted to get this off my chest.... 8:30 pm	Yay!!! Everyone may think I'm a total nerd because of what I'm gonna post in this entry. But honestly, I don't really care...Haha. Ok, I just wanted to say that right away...Lol. But yeah, I'm so excited for tomorrow!!! Season 3 of Veronica Mars starts tomorrow at 8:00 Central Time. So, everyone, you should TOTALLY tune in. If you're not already watching that show, you should be. It's amazing! Also, the new Evanescence cd comes out, so I'm heading right to Walmart after work to buy it. Another thing that comes out tomorrow that I'm excited for.....god, I can't believe I'm gonna post this....is The Little Mermaid!!! Yes, I know, I've inducted myself in the Geek Hall of Fame because of this post ALONE. But seriously, The Little Mermaid was my obsession when I was a little girl until I was about 7 or 8. I would watch it every day, over and over, and memorize every line, not to mention sing all the songs....So...when I hear about that exact same movie coming out on a Special 2-disc DVD set, digitally restored, and a whole disc FULL of extras....I absolutely HAVE to buy it! 5:31 pm	Weddings actually CAN be fun Well, contrary to how I THOUGHT the weekend was gonna go, I actually had fun at the wedding. Well, the reception anyway, weddings themselves are always boring. It was nice seeing the whole family, I took lots of pictures, I had a drink, I even danced for a couple of songs! And the coolest part, is that I actually dressed up! Weird, right?...Lol. People DEFINITELY had to take pictures of that! Because I mean, seriously, I never dress up. I'm a jeans and t-shirt kinda girl normally. But anyway, enough about me. The wedding was great. My cousin looked amazing in her dress!!! She was just so pretty, and I loved her ring! I liked the fact that she was the one who picked the music for the reception, so I actually liked the songs that were playing, thank god! Haha. Anyway.....I'm out! Ttyl! 8:13 pm	Wedding this weekend!!! Well, this Saturday is my cousin's wedding. And I'm not really looking forward to it.....first of all, I only see this cousin like once every 3 years, if that, and I've never even met the dude she's marrying, not to mention his family!! So I'm basically going just to be around a bunch of people I don't know, except my immediate family, and I barely even talk to them either. And at the reception, I'm just gonna be around a bunch of drunk idiots and I'll be the only sane one, most likely. I'm probably gonna head back to the hotel room once the reception starts just so I don't have to deal with them....I know, I'm ANTISOCIAL!!!! Haha. But seriously, this is just gonna be annoying as hell. But yeah, I'm gonna have to just grit my teeth and bare it, right? Whatever...I'll post again afterwards and let you all know how it went! 8:32 pm	Overtime... Well I worked the Jo Dee Messina and Trace Adkins concert at the casino last Friday, and it was awesome! I always try to volunteer right away for the ones I like. Because then I'm getting paid to listen to good music! Haha. Also, I've been working like 2 to 3 hours overtime every week this month. So I've been rolling in the dough lately! Haha. Anyway, not like I have anything important to say. I just wanted to post something on here since I'm bored at the moment.... 5:42 pm	Watercross This weekend, my cousin Hilary and my friend Athena came down to visit me. We were gonna go camping and watch Watercross, which is a race of snowmobiles driving across a lake. Then we were also gonna watch the fireworks and go to a street dance. And normally this is really fun! But this weekend it was LITERALLY 100 degrees outside, and I'm not kidding! So we couldn't even stay more than the one night, and we missed the fireworks and the street dance. We were just so miserable because of the heat, we couldn't take it. But the odd thing is that we still had fun even though we were so freakin' hot! That's one of my main reasons I love hanging out with Hilary and Athena, is because we make the most of every crappy situation and make it good! 4:35 pm	Car accident... Well, yesterday I ended up hitting some old guy's car. That was pretty interesting. I only ended up hitting his back tire and he just got some scratches behind it. 8:21 pm	Well, I went to a friend's cabin all this weekend. And god, it was FUN! Everything went wrong, but oddly, we made it amusing. My best friend got hit in the head with a kneeboard and not even 3 minutes later, her dad fell off the dock headfirst into the lake. God, it was hilarious. And of course, we did the whole bonfire and s'mores thing. YUMMY! And a jacuzzi....*sigh*. Lol. It was such a relaxing weekend, and just what I needed. 7:49 pm	OH, THE PAIN!!!! Well....I figured I might as well update this thing. I worked at a powwow all this weekend, and now I'm burnt to a crisp. I can't even move my arms without crying in pain. I was wearing sunscreen and I even reapplied once! I'm not gonna be able to sleep at all tonight, that's for sure. I swear, the sun HATES me! No wonder I'm such an indoor girl....Haha. 9:30 pm	The Omen Well....I went to see The Omen today in the theater. It's not that bad! It definitely made me jump in my seat a couple times, and that kid is SERIOUSLY creepy! So I'm a little familiar with it, but I've just joined yesterday. My new obsession, of course, is Veronica Mars!!! I'm a total LoVe fan and Mac/Dick fan.
